Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms govern your access to the Bluehills OÜ website and the subscription services we provide. By using our website or signing a service order, you agree to these terms.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Full subscriptions are billed monthly with a 12-month minimum commitment unless otherwise stated in your order form. The AI Personal Assistance (AIPA) starter plan is billed monthly and may be cancelled anytime. Custom project engagements are scoped and priced after consultation. All fees already paid are non-refundable. All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable. All subscription fees are non-refundable. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle the client to a refund of fees already paid.
3. Scope of services
Each engagement is governed by an individual statement of work which prevails in case of conflict with these general terms. Custom work is quoted separately.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and operate under NDA by default. We do not share, sell or use client data to train public AI models.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or abusive purposes, and to comply with applicable EU and national laws at all times.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice if the breach is not remedied. On termination we will return or securely delete client data on request.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Tartu, Estonia, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
